About Me

A whole-person approach to growth, clarity, and intentional living

My work is centered on helping individuals reconnect with clarity, purpose, and inner stability during times of uncertainty, transition, or personal growth.

Through a balanced approach that integrates behavioral strategies, emotional insight, and (when desired) spiritual reflection, I help clients move beyond feeling stuck and begin building lives that feel more intentional, grounded, and aligned.

What Clients Often Seek

Many people come to coaching when life feels uncertain, overwhelming, or out of alignment. Common reasons include:

  • Finding clarity and purpose – understanding what truly matters to you and your next steps

  • Navigating life transitions – moving through career changes, relationship shifts, or personal challenges with support

  • Managing stress and emotional overwhelm – developing practical tools to stay grounded and resilient

  • Rebuilding confidence and stability – reconnecting with your strengths and sense of self

  • Living intentionally and in alignment with your values – making choices that reflect your deepest priorities and beliefs

Coaching provides a safe, supportive space to explore your challenges, gain perspective, and take meaningful action toward the life you want to create.

My Approach

I believe meaningful change happens when we look at the whole person, not just isolated challenges. Life’s difficulties — from stress and relationship struggles to past trauma and uncertainty — are often interconnected, and understanding how these patterns influence your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors is key to real transformation.

In our work together, we explore these patterns with compassion and clarity, focusing on mindset, habits, stress, relationships, and personal values. The goal isn’t quick fixes — it’s to equip you with tools and strategies that create lasting impact.

Together, we work to develop:

• Greater self-awareness
• Practical tools for emotional and behavioral growth
• Clear direction and intentional decision-making
• Stronger connection with your values and purpose
Long-lasting skills and solutions you can carry with you for life, even after our work together ends

This approach blends insight, strategy, and consistent action to help you navigate life’s challenges with confidence, make intentional choices, and continue growing long after our sessions conclude. My mission is to guide you toward a life that feels aligned, purposeful, and deeply yours.

Whole Mind & Spirit Philosophy

Lasting growth goes beyond solving problems — it’s about reconnecting with who you are and what truly matters. For some, this includes spiritual reflection or faith as a source of guidance; for others, it’s about clarifying personal values and inner wisdom. Spiritual reflection is always optional and guided by what resonates with you.

Key Principles of My Philosophy:

  • Reconnecting with your authentic self – understanding your values, purpose, and strengths

  • Optional spiritual guidance – support through faith or reflective practices, if meaningful to you

  • Practical, lasting growth – tools and strategies you can use beyond our sessions

  • Holistic perspective – addressing mindset, habits, emotions, and personal clarity together

  • Empowered decision-making – fostering intentional choices aligned with your life goals

Whether through spiritual reflection, values alignment, or practical guidance, my approach is designed to help you take intentional, meaningful steps toward a more fulfilling, purpose-driven life — guided by your values, your spirit, and practical tools that last.

My coaching services focus on personal development, life direction, and behavioral growth, providing guidance, practical tools, and strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges and create lasting change.

It’s important to note:

  • Coaching is not therapy or clinical mental health treatment.

  • As a Master of Social Work (MSW) intern, I provide therapy services within my internship placement under professional supervision. These services are separate from my coaching practice.

  • I do not provide independent therapy services at this time, but I plan to pursue licensed therapy upon completion of my MSW and the appropriate licensure requirements.
